2How We Use Your Information

• Processing and delivering your orders, including COD confirmation calls/SMS.
• Connecting buyers with the correct vendor for order fulfilment and after-sales support.
• Calculating delivery charges and coordinating with our courier partners.
• Preventing fraud, fake orders, and abuse of our Cash on Delivery system.
• Sending order updates, promotional offers, and service announcements (you can opt out of marketing messages at any time).

3Vendor & Seller Data

market.com.pk is a multi-vendor marketplace. Vendors manage their own store dashboard and are responsible for the accuracy of the product data, pricing, and stock they upload.

Vendor payout details (bank account or mobile wallet number) are used solely to process commission settlements and are not shared with other vendors or third parties.

4Payments & Cash on Delivery Data

For COD orders, we record the order value, delivery address, and confirmation status to coordinate collection with our courier partner. For digital wallet payments (EasyPaisa, JazzCash) or card payments, transactions are processed through the payment gateway's secure servers — market.com.pk does not store your full card number or wallet PIN.

5Shipping & Courier Data Sharing

To deliver your order, we share the minimum necessary details — name, phone number, and delivery address — with our logistics partners, including Leopards Courier, TRAX, and M&P, and with the vendor fulfilling your order. These partners are contractually required to use this data only for delivery and returns handling.

6Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, understand which products and categories are popular, and measure the performance of our promotions and flash sales. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some marketplace features (like your cart) may not work correctly without them.

7Third-Party Sharing
