1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using market.com.pk, whether as a buyer browsing products or a vendor selling on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2Our Role as a Marketplace

market.com.pk is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting independent vendors — from wholesale hubs, business networks, and individual sellers — with buyers across Pakistan. Products are listed, priced, and fulfilled by individual vendors through their own store dashboard. market.com.pk facilitates discovery, checkout, and delivery coordination, but each vendor is independently responsible for their product listings, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment.

3Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a buyer or vendor account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or are used fraudulently.

4Vendor Obligations

Vendors selling on market.com.pk agree to:

• List only genuine, legal products with accurate descriptions, pricing, and available stock.
• Fulfil confirmed orders promptly and package items to prevent damage in transit.
• Honour the pricing and offers displayed at the time of purchase.
• Respond to buyer queries and after-sales issues in a timely manner.
• Not use buyer contact information for purposes beyond fulfilling the order.

5Orders & Cash on Delivery

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which is confirmed once the vendor accepts it. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to the courier upon delivery. Refusing delivery of a confirmed COD order without valid reason (e.g. item significantly not as described, damaged in transit) may affect your ability to place future COD orders on the platform.

6Payments & Commission

market.com.pk charges vendors a commission on completed sales, as agreed at the time of vendor onboarding. Digital wallet payments (EasyPaisa, JazzCash) and card payments are processed through licensed third-party payment gateways; market.com.pk does not directly store your payment credentials. Vendor payouts are settled on a regular cycle after deducting applicable commission and any confirmed returns.

7Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped via our courier partners, including Leopards Courier, TRAX, and M&P, with delivery timelines and zone-based rates displayed at checkout. Return eligibility (e.g. defective, wrong item, or not-as-described products) is set out on each vendor's store policy or our general returns guidelines. Reverse logistics for approved returns are coordinated between the buyer, vendor, and courier partner.

8Prohibited Use

You may not use market.com.pk to:

• List or sell counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited goods.
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or flash-sale mechanics.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse platform data without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or vendor, or commit payment/COD fraud.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.

9Intellectual Property

The market.com.pk name, logo, and site design are the property of market.com.pk. Product images and descriptions uploaded by vendors remain the vendor's responsibility to ensure they have the rights to use. Buyers and vendors may not copy or reuse site content without permission.

10Limitation of Liability

market.com.pk facilitates transactions between independent vendors and buyers and is not the manufacturer or seller of record for vendor-listed products. To the extent permitted by law, market.com.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from vendor product quality, delivery delays caused by courier partners, or third-party payment gateway issues. We work with vendors and couriers to resolve disputes in good faith.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate any buyer or vendor account that violates these Terms, without prior notice in cases of fraud or serious misconduct. You may close your own account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any pending orders or vendor payouts.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from use of market.com.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our marketplace grows. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of market.com.pk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
